Privacy Policy

The controller of your data is G6 TEC SERVIÇOS DE TECNOLOGIA LTDA, CNPJ (Brazilian company registration) 12.099.627/0001-20, headquartered at Rua Cosmos, 170, A — Jardim das Flores, Osasco/SP — CEP 06120-050.

As a small-sized processing agent, G6 TEC SERVIÇOS DE TECNOLOGIA LTDA is exempt from appointing a Data Protection Officer (encarregado) under art. 11 of Resolution CD/ANPD No. 2/2022. The communication channel for data subjects — for requests, questions and complaints about your data — is the email address contato@g6tec.com.br.

We collect what you send us through the forms on this site and in the conversation that follows from them:

• Contact form: name, company, job title, email, phone, subject and message.
• Talent pool: name, email, phone, city, state and country, area of interest, seniority, English proficiency, availability, technologies, employment type and work model preferences, LinkedIn profile, GitHub or portfolio, message and resume.
• Request records: the status of your inquiry or registration, the team member responsible, the replies we send you and internal notes.
• WhatsApp: if you contact us on WhatsApp from the site, the conversation takes place on WhatsApp (a Meta service), outside our system: we receive your number, your profile name and what you write, and use them only to reply.

We also record the date and version of the policy you accepted and the page the submission came from (to reply in the language you wrote in). Your IP address is not stored with your submission: we keep only a code derived from it by a cryptographic function with a secret key, which cannot be used to recover it without that key. This code is used solely to curb automated submissions and is deleted within one day.

We do not ask for sensitive data — such as racial origin, religion, political opinion, union membership, health or sex life — or personal identification documents: they are not needed to respond to your inquiry or to evaluate your profile. Please do not include them in your resume or message. If they are sent anyway, we do not use them in the evaluation or pass them on to clients, and we may ask for a version of your resume without them, deleting the previous one.

• Responding to your inquiry and following up on the business conversation — based on your consent, given when you submit the form (art. 7, I, of the LGPD).
• Evaluating your profile, maintaining the talent pool and contacting you about opportunities — based on your consent (art. 7, I), which you may withdraw at any time.
• Protecting the site against automated submissions and abuse — based on the legitimate interest of G6 TEC SERVIÇOS DE TECNOLOGIA LTDA in the security of the site (art. 7, IX), using only the code derived from the IP address, for no longer than one day.
• Keeping the record of your acceptance (date and version of this policy) — to prove consent and exercise rights if needed (art. 7, VI, and art. 8, § 2).

We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing of your data: every profile evaluation is made by people on our team.

We do not sell your data or send it to clients: talent pool profiles stay with our team only. If we ever wish to present your profile to a client, in Brazil or abroad, we will ask for your authorization first. Data is shared only with:

• Providers that operate the site on our behalf: the hosting service, where the database and resumes are stored, and Google Workspace, our team’s email service, through which we receive notifications of new submissions — with the form data, which may include the attached resume — and reply to you. They process the data only according to our instructions.
• Public authorities, when there is a legal obligation or a court order.

Part of the processing takes place outside Brazil: Google Workspace may store our team’s email messages — with the content of the forms and, for the talent pool, the resume — in data centers in the United States and other countries.

This transfer complies with art. 33 of the LGPD. The use of Google relies on the standard contractual clauses approved by the ANPD (art. 33, II, b, of the LGPD and Resolution CD/ANPD No. 19/2024), which are part of the Google Workspace contract: Google processes the data only to provide the email service, with the security measures set out in the contract. You may request the full text of these clauses at contato@g6tec.com.br; we will send it within 15 days.

Contact messages are kept in our system for up to 24 months after the last interaction — the submission or the last reply exchanged between you and our team — and are deleted automatically at the end of that period.

Talent pool data is kept in our system for up to 24 months after your last submission and is also deleted automatically, together with the resume. To stay in the pool, just submit the form again with the same email address — your registration is updated, not duplicated.

These periods apply to our system. Conversations by email and WhatsApp are also kept in the company’s accounts on those services, and the system’s backups are replaced periodically — what has been deleted ceases to exist in them when the backup is replaced.

If you ask us to delete your data before that period ends, we delete it from our system and from those conversations — just write to contato@g6tec.com.br — except for what the law requires us to keep (art. 16 of the LGPD).

Under the LGPD (art. 18), you may, at any time and at no cost:

• obtain confirmation of whether we process your data, and obtain access to it;
• correct incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
• request the anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data, or data processed in breach of the law;
• request the portability of your data to another provider;
• request the deletion of data processed based on your consent;
• be informed of the entities with which we share your data;
• be informed that you may decline to give consent and of the consequences of doing so — without it, we cannot respond to your form submission or keep your profile in the talent pool;
• withdraw your consent;
• object to processing carried out on another legal basis, in case of non-compliance with the law.

To exercise any of them, write to contato@g6tec.com.br. We may ask you to verify that the request actually comes from you, to protect your data. We will respond within 15 days. You may also file a petition against G6 TEC SERVIÇOS DE TECNOLOGIA LTDA with the ANPD (Brazilian National Data Protection Agency).

This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies or third-party analytics tools. Fonts, photos and videos are served from our own domain — no browsing data is sent to third parties. We store in your browser only your theme choice (light or dark), which does not identify you. If an analytics tool is ever adopted, this policy will be updated and your consent will be requested first.

Data travels over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and is stored in a database with restricted access: only authorized staff can access the admin panel, each person with the permissions of their role — and, in the panel, opening resumes requires a separate permission. Admin panel passwords are never stored in plain text, and resumes are kept in a private area of the server, with no public access.

If a security incident occurs that may pose a relevant risk or harm to you, we will notify the ANPD and the affected data subjects, as required by the LGPD (art. 48).

This site and its forms are not intended for anyone under 18 — registering in the talent pool requires that declaration. If we learn that we have received data from a minor, it will be deleted.

Updates to this policy are published on this page, with the date of the new version recorded in the history below. If a change affects the purpose, form or duration of the processing, the controller or the sharing of your data, we will notify by email everyone in the talent pool or with an open request, highlighting what changed — and, if you do not agree, you may withdraw your consent. The consent you gave is recorded together with the version in force on the day of your submission.

The dates of the LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law, Law No. 13,709/2018), which this policy follows.

2. December 28, 2018

   ANPD created

   The LGPD provisions creating the ANPD (Brazilian National Data Protection Authority) take effect, later confirmed by Law No. 13,853/2019.

3. September 18, 2020

   Law in force

   The LGPD takes effect: all processing of personal data requires a purpose, a legal basis and transparency toward the data subject.

4. August 1, 2021

   Sanctions in force

   The ANPD sanctions against those who fail to comply with the law, such as warnings and fines, take effect.

5. February 25, 2026

   ANPD becomes an agency

   Law No. 15,352 turns the ANPD into the Brazilian National Data Protection Agency, a special-status federal agency.

G6 TEC has been operating since 2010. This is the policy of the current website: each change receives a new date, recorded below, and the consent given with each submission is stored with the version in force on that day.
